Haven't trained here in years but if I was back in Coleshill I would join back in a heartbeat - Don used to open early for me before the 6am starts were the norm and I have to say it changed my life. Glad to see the gym is still open and that Don is still running it to such a high standard!
Great atmosphere, a no bs gym with honest people that have a love for the sport. Really encouraging!
This place is great. Don, the owner, is really welcoming, and has created a perfect place and atmosphere to build strength.
Best gym i've ever been to. First gym i've managed to stick it out at and actually see physical changes in myself. The owner Don is a real genuine and helpful bloke who wants to see his members progress rather than just take your membership fee and leave you to it and he's alway happy to give you real, sound advice.
Lee who is the personal trainer is top notch and pushes you to really achieve your goals.
Atmosphere in the gym is perfect, everyone in there is friendly and i've made a good few friends in there since starting in November last year.
Excellent gym,has everything you need,Don the owner is always available for any advice.
Always spotlessly clean, opening hours to suit most people.
