Had the pleasure of working out in this place this evening, Google searched and wasn't looking for a commercial gym. The owner what a gentleman, the equipment takes u back to the golden era of bodybuilding the sheer blood sweat and tears place. I had an absolute blast and I will definitely be back with my nephew in toe. 5 stars all day
A hidden gem of a gym! I’ve been going for a fair few years now. Love the atmosphere of the place. Love I can come dressed in my ripped primark clothes, there is zero judgement here. The evening crew are great, everyone encourages each other and the gains made are immense. I’ve had long chats with Julian the owner a cracking bloke. Who has a wealth of knowledge and also shows a very rare empathy to people struggling. If your mental health needs a revamp get down to cast iron. You’ll be surprised how this old school gym will better you! ❤️
I am visiting Ludlow and wanted a gym. This place is a bit strange in thats its a pig to find, its in an old rundown industrial building behind a car garage. The guy was really friendly, showed me all kit and i paid £7 for a day pass.
I've been going to gyms all my life and i have never seen so much kit, its incedible.
Greta gym. So much equipment. Great classes. The best gym around by far.
Can do every muscle comfortably
A fantastic gym with a great ethos. Julian Gittoes, the owner, is superbly knowledgable and supportive about many aspects of fitness and training and is a wonderful gentleman who supports those with mental health issues and/or other concerns about their physical health issues. I am an Allied Health Professional myself and I am truly grateful for the time we spent chatting together. He certainly knows his stuff. Thanks Julian!
