The gym itself is located at the town centre not far from the Tesco. We bought two day passes to use the the gym. The gym staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s a super terrific gym especially when it comes to your upper body training. I really loved it!

Clean well thought through gym. someone clearly has spent some time getting the right equipment in. The gym is consistently evolving.nLoads of equipment that's well maintained. Even a sparring area with cage and cross fit.

1yr later update: Staff new and old are amazing willing to help in anyway possible, new upgraded equipment, I have never been to a gym where they keep upgrading equipment all the time. Fully recommend still.nnFirst time using this gym, had everything and more that I could've asked for. There we're couples and individuals using the gym which is nice to see. Definitely recommend to anyone

Couple of weekend day passes. So impressed have signed up for a month. Couple weeks here and my workouts are already bearing fruit. Superb, well maintained and laid out gym. Atmosphere is spot on with people of all levels here. No egos or uncomfortable feeling whatsoever. Boss man is spot on, and the place is always welcoming. Highly recommend whatever level you're at.
