Enjoy coming to this gym. The instructors are very good parlicularly Carol Hartley (Fitsteps and 80s aeorobics), Jo Sloecombe ( Tai Chi) and Zoe Desmond ( Latin Dance).
I would give 5 stars but there is alot of low maintenance currently issues with a toilet leak in the ladies changing room.
Patience while things got upgraded was worth the wait. Last night in club the sauna and steam rooms were both working great, all the jets in the hydro spa were spot on and the new showers by these amenities were good for both cold and hot showers with great temperature control.
Only use this place from time to time on a day pass, visits have gone down significantly recently due to a day pass now costing £19.99 so once every few months for me nowadays. some past experiences have not been so great paying £14 for a day pass and some of the health suite/spa area facilities not working or closed should be discounted for the day if that’s the case and there was a one time where I forgot to bring my padlock for the locker I went to the desk and I was made to buy one fair enough is what it is but I phoned a few weeks back and enquired why I couldn’t get a day pass on my phone anymore through Hussle and I spoke to Reeve I believe his name was and he actually advised me there was a currently a promotion on at the moment for a free day pass so of course I came straight in and of course forgot my padlock again went to the desk to pay for another one and Reeve again served me and said I could just leave my keys with him and borrow a lock not charging me anything, I never write reviews ever but just felt like I received a level of customer service that you just don’t find in this day and age anymore Reeve your a top man!
