Good little gym, great staff, helpful and friendly and always a warm welcome. Dave and Luis have helped me a lot through my gym journey. Gym has improved a lot over time and still upgrading. Fully air conditioned recently as well and upgraded equipment.
Energie Fitness is the first gym experience for me. I’ve been training in this gym for the last 2 years. The gym is not over crowded as compared to other gyms. Their opening timings also work well for me being a person who work 5 days a week, and the good part is the location, which is right at the centre of town centre for easy access.
The staffs are friendly and helpful whether. I got my first PT from this gym, Luis Bird. I ve lost my motivation after a long holiday being away. Lui helps with diet and a structured workout plan, in which I have started seeing results. Lui is more like a friend than a PT helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Starting the gym 7 months ago was one of the best decisions I’ve made. At first it was tough staying consistent, but now it’s become part of my routine and I genuinely enjoy it. I’ve gained so much confidence, improved my fitness, and feel stronger both physically and mentally. The atmosphere is motivating, the equipment is great, and seeing my own progress keeps me pushing harder every week. Definitely a 5-star experience so far excited to keep going and see where I’ll be in another 7 months. Many thanks to the mots supportive staff:David,Luis.
Nice gym, always kept clean and tidy, equipment is standard, has everything you need for workouts, staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Classes are great, enjoy them because the workouts they do is something I wouldn't do in my own sessions. Would have been brilliant if it was a 24hr gym but being in the shopping centre can understand why it cant, no negative experiences since joining, 5 stars deserved
I have been visiting energie fitness for nearly 2 years now and every gym session has been positive. The equipment is upto date and modern and the staff are always very helpful and attentive. A special shoutout to David and Luis for always being so welcoming and helpful
