The gym has good quality equipment with a large range as well. It's not often too busy and there is such a lovely atmosphere at this gym, friendly people and the staff genuinely make such a difference to the experience. Everyone is welcoming, supportive and always happy to help, which makes coming in so much easier and more enjoyable.

Thank you to Amy who is always so kind, encouraging and approachable. You can tell she really cares about the members and creates such a positive environment. Im never scared to ask any of them members of staff there for help if I need it.

Was on a work trip and decided to come to this gym and what an experience it was. The equipment is all top tier gym machine brands (Life fitness, nautilus and Prime). The staff and people inside the gym are very nice and helpful. This gym is more like a old school type of bodybuilding gym rather than a commercial gym. Which is great if you are wanting the best environment to build your best self.

Honest review from an ex-member - I Used to be a member of this gym, however I moved due to the distance for me - the gym itself is great - some of the best machines out there, including prime leg extension etc, it’s not often too busy - however my two criticisms is that I have personally felt that the staff haven’t always come across as the most friendly, and also the general cleanliness of the gym and changing areas could be improved - overall still a great gym and good for the price
