Amazing smoothie bowls.. So rare to find so many options on a menu but there is options to accompany everyone’s likes and I think the quality is great!! Lovely staff and a great little cafe !

All plant based milk options so there’s no regular milk. Sadly not dog friendly either and very limited outdoor seating available (no shade). But coffee is absolutely delicious and menu looks great!
I’ve recently joined the gym here and have been impressed so far. The facilities and equipment are great for what I want to use them for. The staff are very friendly and the joining process was straightforward. In my opinion, this is the best gym option in the local area.

Had the pleasure of a Luxury Microneedling Facial with Alex and it was amazing.nn3D Dermaforce machine, a tension relieving head massage, hyaluronic acid masque coupled with ice globe treatment (which was delicious) & moisturisation.
Best facial and massage I've ever had and my skin felt wonderful, supple and soft afterwards. I'm looking forward to seeing the results!
Just had the new classic head spa… and it might be my favourite treatment at Thrive Beauty. So relaxing, thorough and calming. The heated eye mask was a thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend and I’ve already booked my next treatment.

Amazing facility, lovely and quiet unlike mainstream gyms. I live in Chichester and make the drive specifically for here and go to Asda on my way home.
I have a hidden disability and was so worried about coming as my experiences at other facilities have been terrible but all of the staff I interacted with were so kind and polite, lovely people.
The cafe is 100% vegan and amazing, such a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and the blueberry smoothie I got was AWESOME! They very kindly substituted in oat milk for me and put my mind at ease about my pineapple allergy/cross contamination as well.
Highly highly recommend!
