Lass on the close was really helpful and friendly getting my nephew who's visiting set up with a day pass. First time he's been in a gym and he has some attention issues. Great vibes very welcoming he had a great time and is now really enthusiastic about building up his fitness. Top place and staff highly recommend.
I visited on Saturday and loved it. Not busy and the day pass was reasonable. Friendly staff and so many machines! A great experience, three hours flew by 💪

Falaise is undeniably, irrefutably, and undoubtedly, the premier venue to accomplish all of your training requirements in a relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. No other gym has the range of fitness and resistance hardware currently on offer for the paltry sum of £32 a month. There is a combat room with bags gloves and speed bag. Always a very good atmosphere generated by the staff and management ensure a laid back environment in which to train. Love it and the view from there which is awesome

I’ve never been to a gym in my life started the at Falaise gym 3 months ago and I do not have one complaint the staff are cheerful and very helpful and I can already see a difference in myself and I really enjoy going there….. I highly recommend them 🤘👊💪👌
Lovely location, friendly staff and members. Some of the weights Machinery a bit tired but they do the job well, which is the main thing. Good range of free weights, exercise bikes, rowing machines and crosstrainers. Clean spacious changing facilities and toilets. I would recommend.
