Love this gym. Small enough so I don't feel intimidated. Big enough to provide me with everything I need. It has a very friendly atmosphere and I think that's down to the way the staff treat their customers. Big shout out to one of their trainers JJ. He has transformed my health and fitness over the last few months.He is very supportive, kind and wants you to succeed.
