Josie has fixed me! Suffered with neck aches for as long as I can remember, and developed an awful niggling ache in my shoulder which left me unable to enjoy my day. I saw countless physio and massage to try resolve the issue. Josie diagnosed the issue in the first appointment and after 2 physio appointments I barely got that niggle anymore. Absolutely incredible. I now see her just to keep my neck aches at bay, which they are. Really just overjoyed with the outcome of coming here

Laura gave me a FANTASTIC sports massage. She is really adept at this work and employed a lot of care and attention to detail. My back is usually very complicated to resolve but after our session I could move freely and all the knots had been loosened! She also gave me some good information about stretches and exercises I can do at home to manage my pain. Thank you so much Laura!

I saw a very knowledgable and professional young physio named Bram and would highly recommend him. He provided me with a number of stretches for my hamstring injury that I can incorporate into my life as a busy mum with a young baby.
Attended physio with Jeroen for a few months, can highly recommend. Made me feel at ease and very professional service! Would not hesitate return (hoping I don’t have to though!).
