It’s well-maintained and perfect for a game of football, no matter how much it’s been raining.n• The Gym: It’s not just for football; the gym is high-spec and usually much less crowded than the big chains in the town centre. It feels a lot more personal and welcoming.n• The Facilities: Everything is kept in great condition—the changing rooms are clean, and there’s plenty of parking, which is always a relief.nHome of Shinfield FCnOne of the best things about the Hub is that it’s the home training ground for Shinfield FC. You can really feel the community spirit when the teams are out there practicing. It’s great to see a local club have such high-quality facilities to develop their players, from the youth teams all the way up.

I engaged Marc at the gym as a PT for rehab after nearly 4 months out following a broken wrist and surgery. Marc was fantastic in setting me a variety of programs to work out and build up the whole body, and introduced something new at every weekly session to keep it interesting and challenging. I was delighted with the progress I made in just 6 PT sessions (plus 2 workouts each week in the gym between sessions) and really couldn’t have done it without Marc’s help. Thanks Marc!!nMore generally, I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and the facilities are always clean and well presented.nAs per a few other reviews, the gym is quite small and limited, but I never had any trouble getting the equipment I needed.

I was a bit impressed.nnThe Grounds where clean from the car park to the pitches.nnPitches in perfect conditions, facilities were beautiful.nnA few different teams train at the same time therefore it was nice to see people from different teams training so close yet no problems.nWell while I was there and I got the feeling it was atleast mostly like this.nnOnly minor negative I saw at the time lights need to go on a bit soonernnA beautiful sporting atmosphere.

Very new and not so busy at the moment. It's not very big but there is a decent range of equipment with Concept 2 rowing machines and Wattbikes. Good range of weights too. The 3G football pitches are excellent also. The monthly rates are not too bad either, compared to some gyms!
