All the staff I have met are lovely. They are very helpful if you need any advice with equipment.nMy daughter is in a wheelchair and they went out of their way to ensure that our visit went as smoothly as possible.nThey have a disabled changing room which includes a changing bed and toilet, however there is no hoist. It is also right next to the front desk so you do have to walk through the reception area to get to the pool but it is not far at all.nThey have a chair hoist you can use to get in and out of the pool.nnThe non disabled women's swimming changing room is one big room rather than cubicles. There are 4 showers in an area just off the changing rooms and the toilets there do have doors!nnThe gym is well equipped with everything you need for a workout, at least it is in my opinion. There is a trainer available at set times and reception are able to advise on this.

Basic but clean and affordable pool. The swimming instructor Mia was lovely and so helpful with my five year old. They have loads of floats out for the family sessions which is great.

Astro turf is good to play on, but the only problem is the fences or cages around it. There is no way to retrieve our football if it goes out of bounds, so we have to go around the whole sports complex to get it back, which is really frustrating. Additionally, we have lost almost 14 balls in the last 3 months that have ended up on the roof of the sports complex, and there is no way to go upstairs to retrieve them, or perhaps the person on duty is not interested in helping us.
